Eligibility

Pizookah Lounge is a 21+ establishment. You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, place an order, or visit the venue. Valid ID is required at the door.

Reservations & orders

• Reservations are subject to availability and venue policies.
• Online orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• An automatic 18% gratuity is added to every order.
• Late cancellations or no-shows for large parties may result in a fee.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion.

Health & food safety

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of venue policies.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, and the Pizookah Lounge name and trademarks — is the property of Pizookah Lounge and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizookah Lounge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
